Terms of Service
Effective Date: Feb 1, 2021
Last updated on July 1, 2024
Welcome to FastDelivery. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services
FastDelivery provides legal business setup services for entrepreneurs, including company formation in the UK and US and related compliance support. Our all-in-one service covers the entire backend process: official company registration, provision of virtual office addresses, business bank account setup (e.g. Wise, Payoneer) and payment gateway integration (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Every account and integration is handled through proper legal procedures so that you can accept payments securely and without risk. We do not sell pre-existing or “ready-made” accounts – all services are tailored to your legitimate business and comply with applicable laws.
Company Formation: We handle full UK/US company registration (including for non-residents) with transparent, step-by-step support.
Virtual Address: We provide a virtual directors’ address in the UK or US to meet legal requirements and protect your privacy.
Bank Account Setup: After incorporation, we assist in opening and verifying business bank accounts to securely manage your funds.
Payment Gateway Integration: We set up and integrate your primary payment processing accounts (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) in full compliance with all provider requirements.
We may also introduce licensed financial, legal, or tax professionals if you need specialized advice; however, FastDelivery itself does not provide legal, tax, or financial counseling. Any referrals or guidance to third-party experts are optional, and any resulting advice or outcomes are your responsibility.
2. Eligibility & Restrictions
Our services are available only to lawful businesses and individuals of legal age. You must not use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws. FastDelivery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is operating an unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited business.
Clients must ensure that their business activities comply with all applicable local and international laws, as well as the rules of any banks or payment processors used. If your business is classified as “high-risk,” we will work with you to find appropriate solutions, but we do not guarantee that any payment processor or bank will approve your account. All clients are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to the terms of any payment processors or merchants they use.
3. Payment & Fees
All service fees are clearly listed on our Pricing page. FastDelivery offers flexible payment arrangements; for example, you may choose to pay:
Full Upfront: Pay the entire fee before services begin.
Partial / Milestone Payments: Split payment into agreed instalments (e.g. 50% upfront, 50% after company registration).
Post-Service / Deferred: In some cases, services may begin with payment due upon completion (by mutual agreement).
Your chosen payment schedule will be confirmed when you sign up for services. If at any point payment is not made as agreed, we reserve the right to pause or withhold further work until payment is received. Any governmental or regulatory fees (such as filing fees, licenses, or taxes) are your responsibility and are in addition to our service charges.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
FastDelivery strives for customer satisfaction and transparency. Our refund policy is as follows:
Before Application Submission: If you cancel before we submit your company formation application, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Service Begins: Once work has started (for example, after we submit your application or begin other services), refunds are not available.
Payment Processor Suspensions (No Fault): If your payment processing account (e.g. Stripe/PayPal) is suspended without any violation on your part, you may request a refund.
Payment Processor Suspensions (Violation): If your account is suspended due to your violation of the payment processor’s terms, FastDelivery cannot offer a refund.
Please note that refunds are subject to these conditions. If you have any issues or believe you qualify for a refund under the above criteria, contact us promptly. We aim to make the refund process straightforward.
5. Data & Document Handling
We respect your privacy and handle data with care. FastDelivery only collects minimal personal information from you – typically your name, email address, and phone number. We do not collect or store any other personal documents or sensitive data (such as passport scans or financial details) on our servers.
For company formation, any personal data required by authorities (like Companies House) is submitted directly to the appropriate government agency through secure channels. We never host or retain those official documents. In summary, your personal information stays safe: we only use your name, email, and phone to communicate with you, and we do not share or sell this data to anyone. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. High-Risk Business Support
We specialize in helping businesses that are considered high-risk by banks or payment processors. We analyze your business model and guide you to solutions (custom APIs, manual payment handling, etc.) that improve your chances of approval. However, use of our services does not guarantee approval or uninterrupted service. All clients must operate their businesses legally and ethically. FastDelivery retains the right to refuse or discontinue services if your business involves illegal activities or violates payment processor guidelines.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when signing up and during service. This includes correct company details, ownership information, and any other data needed for registration or integration. FastDelivery is not responsible for errors, delays, or rejections caused by your incorrect or incomplete information. You must also ensure ongoing compliance: if the documents or services we set up require you to follow specific guidelines (e.g. maintaining certain business practices), you must adhere to those guidelines.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party providers such as government registration sites, banks, or payment gateways. Any use of third-party services is at your own discretion. FastDelivery does not control these external services, their policies, or uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, policy changes, rejections, or losses caused by third parties. For example, if a payment processor enforces new restrictions or experiences outages, that is beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability & Guarantees
FastDelivery’s role is to facilitate the setup process, but we cannot guarantee business outcomes or approvals. We provide guidance, technical integration, and expertise to help your business succeed, but actual results (bank account approval, payment gateway acceptance, sales, profits, etc.) are not guaranteed. You acknowledge that FastDelivery is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your business operations, including compliance issues.
We do provide an “approval warranty” in the sense that we research your business and recommend suitable payment processors likely to approve your account. Once approved, you should be able to use the accounts as intended. However, if you violate any laws or the terms of any payment processor or merchant account, any guarantee becomes void and we are not responsible. For example, as stated in our policies, no refund or liability is provided if your account is suspended for violating payment processor rules. In all cases, you bear full responsibility for legal compliance and the use of the services we help establish.
10. Termination of Services
FastDelivery reserves the right to pause or terminate services if necessary. We may end our services (or decline to continue) if:
Payment Issues: You fail to pay fees according to the agreed schedule.
Illegal or Fraudulent Activity: You engage in illegal business activities or fraud.
Violation of Terms: You breach these Terms or the rules of any third-party service provider.
Misuse: You misuse our services or support (for example, using accounts in prohibited ways).
If we terminate services, we may revoke access to any tools or documents we provided. Termination does not absolve you of any payment obligations or other responsibilities incurred prior to termination.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, scripts, APIs, etc.) is the intellectual property of FastDelivery unless otherwise stated. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use any materials we provide solely for operating your business in connection with our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publish any FastDelivery materials without our written permission.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. FastDelivery may require that disputes first go through mediation or arbitration before initiating any court proceedings, in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Changes to Terms
FastDelivery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to the modified Terms.
